ABOUT US
- Master Crates builds custom pallets and crates to the specifications and drawings provided by our customers.
- The wood that we use is all heat treated or kiln dried which is a requirement for any pallet used for export outside of the USA. Pressure treated wood can not be used for export as different countries have banned the use of certain chemicals.
- Using heat treated or kiln dried wood removes the possibility of the product being shipped coming into contact with poisonous or carcinogenic chemicals.
- We are certified by Timber Products Inspection Inc to verify that the products we manufacture are suitable for export. We keep detailed logs of all wood that enters the workshop and amount used for the products shipped.
- We also warehouse our customers products that need to be shipped out on a regular basis by a variety of shipping companies.
